Case
Five executives out-engaged twenty-five.
A cloud services provider joined in October 2025 with five executives. In its first full measurement window, Jan–Jun 2026, its interaction rate beat that of the largest programme we run, which has five times as many people publishing. Headcount buys reach. Cadence and curation buy attention.
The numbers
executives publishing
All five on the contract, with at least one authored post in the window.
authored posts
5.1 per executive per month. Reshares do not count.
impressions
Summed across the five executives.
interaction over impressions
Reactions, comments and reposts over impressions. The 25-executive programme sits at 3.75% in the same window, on the same definition.
Two more, with the base behind each
of reach summed across the five executives
A sum, not a unique audience: someone who follows two of these executives counts twice. LinkedIn does not expose the overlap between audiences, so the number of distinct people is lower and cannot be calculated.
new followers per executive in the window
2,149 across the five in total. The 25-executive programme sits at 288 per executive in the same window — the difference is cadence, not size.
What this case shows
The size of the programme is not what decides attention.
Five executives publishing 5.1 times a month, every angle chosen against the thesis of the person signing it, and the result per impression lands above the programme with five times as many people on air. More executives reach more people, because each one brings a different network. What makes a piece get read is something else: showing up every week and having something to say.
About the base: these are five executives at a single company, so this is an observed ceiling rather than a rate anyone can promise. There is no control group, and this page carries no pipeline, meeting or revenue figure, because attributing a sale to a post takes a model that does not survive the first question. The two rates compared here come from the same window, the same base and the same definition, which is the only reason they can be compared at all.
It starts at three executives.
This programme joined with five. The minimum is three, and that is the point where the arithmetic works for both sides.
