Case
Twenty-five executives at one global consultancy, publishing in the same window.
It is the largest programme we run. It started in June 2025, it is still running, and it reached twenty-five executives without a change of supplier. The figures below cover Jan–Jun 2026, the full measurement window.

of reach summed across the 25 executives
A sum, not a unique audience: someone who follows three of these executives counts three times. LinkedIn does not expose the overlap between audiences, so the number of distinct people is lower and cannot be calculated.
new followers per executive who sustained four to six posts a month — against 7 a month among those who stayed silent
Base: 53 executives publishing, 12 silent, over each one's own measurement window. Corrected for starting audience — an executive who already had more followers gains more in absolute terms — the difference is 10.4 against 8.6 new followers per thousand, per month. 7,206 new followers across the window in total.
What this case shows
Operational scale, sustained for more than a year.
Twenty-five executives at one company publishing every week, with the rules applied piece by piece, and nobody on the client side running the machine. That is what we know how to do, and it is the hard part: any supplier can put one executive on air for a quarter.
About the base: this page carries no pipeline, meeting or revenue figure, because attributing a sale to a post takes a model that does not survive the first question. There is no control group either, and this client is not an average company: it is a global consultancy whose leadership already had an audience before we started. Our median figure per executive, published on the homepage, is what to expect from a new programme.
Twenty-five started at three.
The minimum programme is three executives. This client reached twenty-five without changing supplier and without re-briefing — the compliance rules and the editorial line are written once, per company.
