The whole month arrives produced, and every piece sounds like him.
Katalista produces the executive’s month in full — the themes, the writing and the imagery — anchored in his own experiences and in the company’s brand. He decides what goes out, and what he adjusts teaches the next campaign.

How it works
Nothing advances without someone deciding
From profile enrichment through to the final image, every stage has an input, an output and someone responsible for deciding whether it advances. The imagery comes out in the company’s brand kit, with its colours, its typefaces and its references.
He chooses between options, never facing a blank page
The alternatives arrive scored and justified against his objective and the company’s. The decision is between paths that have a reason.
Every piece rests on a story that is his
The brief carries the executive’s own experience for the writing to stand on, drawn from his archive. When the archive does not hold the story the brief asks for, the question goes to him — the text does not invent one.
Each month sounds more like him than the last
Edits and rejections become voice rules and patterns to avoid, kept per executive and applied to the next campaign. What performed well comes back weighing more in the choice of themes.

The campaign delivers the month produced, anchored and approved piece by piece, at the cadence of the plan you hold. A month can be anchored in a long article, published on a page of its own and announced on LinkedIn — scheduling the announcement is what puts both live, in the right order. Before writing it we ask the executive where he would disagree, what he would refuse to do and what changed his mind — and the article opens on the position it defends, so he can check the argument before the prose.
The rest of the system
- OnboardingThe first campaign is built with the executive in the room.
- CurationA good post begins long before anyone writes.
- One-off postsThe subject is today. So is the post.
- Approval and publishingThe final word belongs to whoever signs the post.
- PerformanceThe result goes back into production, not only into the report.
