The subject is today. So is the post.

Between one campaign and the next something always happens that deserves a post — a result, a reaction, a conversation that went somewhere. He does not have to stop his day to publish: he tells it the way he would tell a colleague, from the car or the airport, and the draft comes back ready to approve.

He sends what he has, in the state he has it

A story, an opinion, a link to an article or a photo, over WhatsApp. If the angle is still loose, a question or two comes back to sharpen it before any text exists.

The draft returns in the same thread

Written in his voice and anchored in his material, on an approval card inside the conversation itself. Approve and it becomes a draft in the queue; want a change and he says so right there.

Or he hands the thought to the team

When he would rather not finish the text, the subject goes to his strategist as a task, with a note on the angle he would take. It comes back like any other piece, for approval.

The Studio, when he wants to drive

In the app he starts from whatever he likes — a note, material he uploaded, his own experiences — generates options, refines them with remarks and produces the imagery. It leaves as a draft, and the date remains his choice.

The one-off post exists for the subject that will not wait for the cycle, and it runs outside it: what comes out of the Studio and the Concierge is deliberately unlimited and is never counted against the plan. The cadence you hold describes what Katalista produces for him each month; what he writes himself does not draw it down. Soon the same conversation happens in Teams, and MCP lets him pull the draft from the AI assistant the company already uses.
