The questions we get before signing.

Authorship, compliance, timing, price and what happens if an executive leaves. If yours is not here, write to us — we answer in writing.

01

What exactly does Katalista do?

We put your leadership team publishing every week on ten minutes of work per executive. We are their content team: we propose the angle, write in the executive's voice, check the text against the rules you define, and publish through the official LinkedIn API. The executive approves every piece before it goes out.

02

How much time does the executive have to give?

Ten minutes a week. In practice: a five-minute voice note on WhatsApp answering the angle we proposed, and an asynchronous approval of the finished piece. The immersion interview, at the start, takes about an hour, once.

03

How often do the executives publish?

Two posts a week per executive, produced by our strategist team, with the image made alongside — plus same-day pieces when a hot topic is worth commenting on quickly. On top of those, the executive publishes as many as he likes on his own, in the Studio, with no limit.

04

How long before results show?

Engagement and reach move between 30 and 60 days. Inbound conversations, and recognition of the executive as a reference on his subject, take 90 to 120 days — which is why the shortest contract is six months, the time it takes for the whole curve to appear.

05

Is this an ABM tool? Can I target named accounts?

What we sell is production and governance: your leaders publish every week, inside your rules, to the audience they already have — and the monthly report brings reach per executive and per theme. Targeting named accounts is a different thing: we do not choose who sees a post, we do not grow the network toward a list, and we do not measure penetration by account. Target-account coverage is on the roadmap. To size it now, Sales Navigator shows how many decision-makers at your target accounts are already one degree from your leaders' networks.

01

Will it read like AI text?

The angle is chosen by the executive, the text is written in his voice from a voice note of his, and he approves it before publication — nothing is generated and published on its own. The first weeks are calibration: he sends back whatever does not sound like him, and the voice locks in.

02

Who is the legal author of the content?

The executive. He approves the angle before any text exists, and approves the finished piece before publication.

03

Who owns the content if the contract ends?

The client. The published archive, the editorial line and each executive's voice guide are yours, and they go with you.

04

What happens if an executive leaves the company mid-contract?

Content already published stays on his personal profile. The seat in the programme can be transferred to another executive within the term, with a new immersion, and the departing executive's voice guide is not reused.

01

Do you ask for the LinkedIn password?

Never. We publish through the official LinkedIn publishing API: the executive grants the authorisation inside LinkedIn itself and can revoke it at any moment, without depending on us. No password changes hands.

02

How do you make sure a piece does not go off-message?

The checking rules are yours — voice, positioning and what the company does not talk about — written as checkable rules at setup. Every piece is validated against them before it reaches the executive, and whatever does not pass goes back for a rewrite with the reason attached. Your legal team comes in on the definition and on the exceptions, not on every publication.

03

Will you sign a DPA and complete a security questionnaire?

Yes, and both can go out before the first commercial conversation — the idea is that your internal review starts without waiting on us.

01

Why the minimum of three executives?

It is the point where the network effect appears: people who see more than one voice from the same company. With a single executive the effect disappears, and it is from three up that the programme holds the contracted cadence across the whole term.

02

How is it charged?

In contracts of 6 or 12 months, from three executives, with the diagnosis and the editorial line included. Everything the programme covers is on the pricing page; the closed number is built for your company — how many executives join and for how long.

03

We already have an agency.

Most of our clients do, and they keep them. The agency usually looks after the CEO, and charges for it. What is left out is the board below him, which has a large network and never makes the budget, because of the price. That is the layer we put on air, at the scale an agency cannot reach. The comparison breaks the operating differences down.

04

Can we contract from outside Brazil?

Yes. We produce in Portuguese, English and Spanish, and the executives on the programme sit across Latin America. The contracting entity is Brazilian, and invoicing runs through Stripe in your own currency, so the jurisdiction stays our problem rather than your finance team's.

Still have a question open?

Thirty minutes with our team, and you leave with a read on your executives' presence.
