Taplio equips one profile at a time. We run the whole board.

Taplio is a creator tool: a scheduling queue, a post library, analytics for your own profile. Its documentation is direct about the format — one profile per account, and the browser extension installed before you connect LinkedIn. For a board, that is as many subscriptions and as many extensions as there are executives, and the production still sits with each one of them.

Cost, for someone already writing

US$ 39 a month on the entry plan, US$ 199 at the top. For the executive who writes on his own and only wants to schedule better, we are expensive and it does the job.

A back catalogue of posts

Post search and the analysis of other people's profiles give material to anyone who enjoys studying what works and writing from it. That is the work our customer hires us in order not to do.

Starts today

No contract, no immersion, no supplier. Anyone with a free evening to build their own queue starts today; the executive who buys from us is the one without that evening.

How many profiles per account

Taplio

One. The documentation says only one profile can be linked to a Taplio account, and each extra profile requires another account, with another e-mail address. The organisation groups the billing under the plan owner.

Katalista

One programme per company, with a dashboard per executive and a consolidated report for the board.

How the piece goes live

Taplio

Through the connected account, from the extension: the set-up guide asks for the Taplio extension to be installed before you connect LinkedIn.

Katalista

The official LinkedIn publishing API, authorised by the executive in the interface itself and revocable by him, without going through us.

Where the analytics come from

Taplio

From the extension. Support is explicit: you have to connect the Taplio account to the extension for the data to reach Taplio.

Katalista

From LinkedIn, through the API, without depending on anybody's browser.

Who produces the content

Taplio

The executive. Taplio supplies ideas, templates and the queue; the copy is his.

Katalista

We do. The angle arrives proposed and argued for, written in his voice from an immersion interview and a five-minute voice note, and he approves it before it goes out.

Who writes the compliance rules?

Taplio

Whoever publishes, on the spot.

Katalista

Your marketing team, once, with legal validating. They become verifiable rules applied to every piece before it reaches the executive.

Whose time this takes

Taplio

The executive's: writing, formatting and scheduling each piece.

Katalista

Ten minutes a week — the voice note and the approval — and the rest of the process runs without him.

Who answers if nothing goes out

Taplio

The executive. The queue publishes what he wrote.

Katalista

We propose the angle, coverage is visible on the dashboard before it becomes a gap, and your team can run his dashboard by delegation.

Verified on August 11, 2026 against the vendors' own pages: Taplio — pricing · Taplio — connecting the account · Taplio — analytics · Taplio — multiple profiles. A third party's price, plan and mechanism change without notice.

Taplio does well what it promises for one profile run by someone who enjoys running it. On a board of three or more it becomes one subscription and one extension per head, and the production still belongs to the executive — which is exactly the part he has no time for.
