The infrastructure behind the executive voice.
MenuTalk to our team →

Your board publishing every week. Ten minutes a week from each executive.

Your leadership's network is the largest distribution channel the company does not operate — and the audience your brand pays to reach is already there: clients, competitors, press, the decision-makers inside your target accounts.

Katalista is the content team behind your company's executives: two posts a week live. The topic comes from you or from us, we write in their voice, check every piece against your rules, and publish through the official LinkedIn API. From three executives.

Quem publica

Global consultancies, technology integrators, digital certificate authorities and law firms have published with Katalista — companies where brand and legal sign off before anything goes out.

What do you need to solve?

My leadership team needs to be seen by the market

The system that gets the leadership team publishing without consuming its time, with the panel you use to follow it.

My sales team cannot tell who wants to be approached

A cold list does not say who is in the market. Publishing every week, interest declares itself: who reacts, who comments, who quietly starts following. That is where the approach begins.

I need senior people who are already well employed

The candidate researches the leader before the company. What they find is a choice.

I need the leadership team closer to the people who work here

Your team already follows the leadership of its own house. Someone who publishes every week is present in an ordinary week, not only at the quarterly all-hands.

Two concrete obstacles, and both have a solution.

The time dilemma

An executive is not a creator, and their opportunity cost is far too high for them to become one.

The risk dilemma

In a regulated sector nobody publishes without knowing the piece will clear. Without that mechanism the initiative never starts.

Katalista exists to remove both.

Ten minutes a week from the executive. The rest is on us.

    What goes in

    1 to 4 weeks

The quarter's goal, the executive's voice and the sources they follow — and the stories only they can tell.

  2. 02

    What becomes a piece

    10 min a week

A five-minute voice note on WhatsApp. The whole month comes out of the campaign; the subject that will not wait for the cycle comes out of the conversation.

  3. 03

    What goes out

per piece, and one report a month

They approve, we publish through the official API, and what the post brought back changes the following month.

Real people. Real stories. Real impact. Amplified by Katalista.

The raw material is each executive's career: what they delivered, what they learned getting it wrong, and the opinion that only forms inside the operation. None of it is invented here. We find it, organise it and put it on air.

That is why the programme asks for ten minutes a week and not an afternoon. The time we give back has a destination: the executive stays where the stories happen — with the client, on the project, in the hard decision of the week. An executive who turns into a content producer loses exactly the access that made their content worth reading.

The technology accelerates production and holds the consistency. The experience, the opinion and the signature belong to the executive — and every piece passes through their approval before it goes out.

Your executives' careers

We bring the first two. The third is already yours — and it is the one of the three nobody can contract.

What changes when the whole leadership team publishes.

73%

of executives at large companies publish less than once a month, before working with us

The median was 5 authored posts across the entire year, and 14% published nothing at all. Ours publish 6 a month, at the median.

383k

people reached by one of the executives who found his voice and his audience with us

In six months, and it is the ceiling across 187 executives. What gets someone there is publishing every week, on the right topic, with somebody looking after it. That is exactly what we do.

more followers when a company has five to nine executives publishing instead of one

Each executive who joins reaches a different network, so the effect multiplies rather than adds. With one, the median is 227 new followers in six months; with five to nine, 1,176.

Followers gained in six months, by how many of the company's executives publish

Each new voice reaches a different network, so the effect compounds. Median new followers per company, over six months.

The part that decides quality happens before anyone writes.

An executive content programme is usually a black box to whoever answers for it: you approve a budget, and the next news is a post in the feed. Here each executive's queue, the coverage of the cadence and the month's usage of the plan sit in a panel that is yours, with the reason for every topic recorded beside it.

01

Curation per executive

Every topic is chosen against that executive's thesis and the company's objective, and arrives with the reasoning attached. Nothing comes off a generic calendar.

02

Ideas that arrive before you ask

We bring topics from what is moving in the market and from what the executive has been reading, watching and listening to. You approve or discard.

03

Approval that can be delegated

The approver can be someone on the executive's team who knows their routine. They keep sending the stories, and the operation does not stall on their calendar.

In a regulated sector what stalls the work is not creativity, it is accountability: who sets the rule, who approves the piece and what stays on record. We design those three first, and that is why the leadership team gets to publish.

Three things almost nobody does together.

01

Compliance inside the flow

Every piece is checked against your rules of voice and of market before it goes out.

02

The official LinkedIn API

The authorisation is the executive's, granted inside LinkedIn and revocable by them at any time. No password changes hands.

03

Memory that accumulates

Per executive and per company, month after month. It does not leave when somebody does.

Three routes to a leadership team that publishes.

Same scope: a leadership squad publishing every week, in a regulated sector. We compare the three on the seven questions that decide the choice.

An agency looks after one executive. We look after the board.

Contracts run 6 or 12 months, from three executives, with two posts a week for each produced by our strategist team — plus however many more the executive wants to publish themselves, in the Studio. The pricing page carries the terms in full.

01Will it read like AI?
It reads like what the executive thinks, because it is what they tell us. The stories and the opinion are theirs, we write in their voice, and they approve every piece before it goes out. Nothing is published on its own.
02What if something we cannot say goes out?
The checking rules are yours: voice, positioning and what the company does not talk about. Every piece is validated against them before it reaches the executive, and your legal validation runs in the same flow.
03Will you ask for the LinkedIn password?
No. We publish through LinkedIn's official publishing API, with authorisation granted by the executive themselves and revocable by them at any time.
04We already have an agency.
Most of our clients do, and they keep them. The agency usually looks after the CEO, and charges for it. The layer left out is the leadership below him, with large networks that never make the budget. That is the layer we put on air, at the scale agency pricing rules out.
05Our executives have no time.
Ten minutes a week, asynchronous: a five-minute voice note on WhatsApp and one approval. In practice many delegate the approval to someone who knows their routine, send the stories by voice note when they can, and speak to us for half an hour a month.
06Will we be locked into a contract?
What you build is yours: the published archive, the editorial line and each executive's voice guide go with you. Contracts run 6 or 12 months, from three executives.

Build the business case with our team.

We do the maths together, on your assumptions. In thirty minutes you leave with the number.
