An agency looks after one executive. We look after the board.
Ten minutes a week from each executive — the voice note and the approval. The rest of the process runs without him: the angle, the copy, the image, the check against your rules, and publication.
Contracts run 6 or 12 months, from three executives. Two posts a week for each, produced by our strategist team — plus however many more the executive wants to publish himself, in the Studio. The diagnosis and the editorial line are part of the programme.
What it costs
Priced per executive, per month.
In programmes of three executives or more. The closed proposal is built for your company — how many executives join and for how long — and it is invoiced through Stripe in your own currency, by our Brazilian entity.
authored posts in a twelve-month programme with three executives
At the cadence delivered, not the one contracted: 6 authored posts a month per executive is the median across 16 executives on the two-a-week plan, over 80 executive-months.
Every one with the image produced alongside, and every one checked against your rules of voice, of positioning and your legal team's constraints before it goes out.
What is included
This is in every proposal.
- Presence diagnosis per executive
- One immersion interview each
- Editorial line and voice guide
- Compliance rules agreed with you and validated by your legal team
- Two posts a week per executive, produced by the strategist team
- Unlimited posts in the Studio, whenever the executive wants to drive
- Image produced alongside — not an add-on
- Ad-hoc pieces by WhatsApp when a topic is hot
- A dedicated support channel
- Every piece checked against your rules before publication
- Published through the official LinkedIn API
- Approval trail per piece
- Monthly executive and corporate reporting
Past the first three
Expansion, when it makes sense.
Three things are quoted separately, in the same proposal:
- Multimedia design, photography and video
- Training for your team: recorded courses and live mentoring
- Employee advocacy and internal ambassador activation
The programme produces authored content in each executive's own voice and publishes it on LinkedIn through the official API. Mass distribution — getting many people to share the company's content — is a different problem, and there are good platforms for it. Named-account targeting is a different thing too: we do not choose who sees a post and we do not measure penetration by account.
Target-account coverage is on the roadmap, along with delivery beyond LinkedIn — newsletter, Teams and the internal channels where leadership speaks to employees.
The paperwork is ready
Nothing here should stall in your internal process. The contracting entity is Brazilian, and invoicing runs through Stripe in your own currency, so the jurisdiction stays our problem rather than your finance team’s. Contracts of 6 or 12 months with negotiated renewal, DPA and data-protection annex, and a pre-filled security questionnaire.
Build the business case on your assumptions.
What the conversation adds is your own numbers: how many executives join, for how long, and how many conversations the programme has to generate to pay for itself in your sales cycle. If it does not add up, we say so.
